Frank Mruk

Frank Mruk AIA, RIBA is an Associate Dean and Professor at New York Institute of Technology’s School of Architecture and Design. Frank has an MBA from Pace University and a BArch from Pratt Institure. In addition to NYIT he has taught at NYU, Parsons – the New School and at the BOMI Institute. For over ten years Mr. Mruk has lead strategic planning and design efforts at Wall Street Financial Service Companies AIG and Morgan Stanley and at Cendant.

Frank is a co-founder of the Metro New York Association for Strategic Planning Chapter where he served as President from 2008-2009. Mr. Mruk is a “Pioneer” in the Association for Strategic Planning’s Strategic Planning and Strategic Management Professional Certification programs where he participated in designing the SMP, SPP and SPA certifications, co-authored the body of knowledge and the exam prep guide. He currently serves as one of 5 “ASP registered educational providers”. He is also a “Fellow of the Strategic Planning Society”, a “Certified Strategic Management Professional” and a co-founder of the Strategy Professional Resource Center.

Mr. Mruk is a member of the American Institute of Architects (past NY board member) and the Royal Institute of British Architects.
