Sam Falletta

Sam Falletta is the CEO of Incept, a conversational marketing firm that specializes in developing and strengthening the relationships of its clients’ customers.  For the past 15 years, Sam has led the strategy and execution of over 10 million customer interactions for companies like Ford, Honda, Microsoft and the American Red Cross. Sam is also the founder of TEDxAkron, Instructor of Marketing at the University of Akron and frequent speaker at national events on customer engagement and direct marketing.
